Terms of Service

By using the AgymTech mobile app or its web version ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of the terms — please stop using the Service. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes your agreement.

AgymTech is software for managing sewing workshops and ateliers. The Service provides the following features:

• Creating and tracking orders, production stages
• Client database with measurements, contacts, and history
• Employee records, working hours, and payroll
• Tracking income, expenses, and transactions
• Business analytics and reporting

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information at registration
• Keep your account password secret and not share access with third parties
• Be responsible for all activities performed under your account
• Confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal representative

Access to advanced features is provided by paid subscription. Subscription terms:

• Subscription is processed through Apple App Store, Google Play, or web payment system
• The subscription is automatically renewed at the end of each period (monthly or yearly) until you cancel it
• You can cancel the subscription at any time in App Store / Google Play settings or through your personal account
• Refunds are processed in accordance with the platform policy (Apple, Google, Stripe)
• We have the right to change prices with at least 30 days' notice

Payments are processed by App Store, Google Play, and Stripe. AgymTech does not receive or store your card data.

We offer a 14-day free trial with full access to the features of the selected plan. After the trial ends, the subscription does not renew automatically unless you confirm payment. You can cancel the trial at any time without being charged.

You retain all rights to the data you upload to the Service (order information, clients, photos, etc.).

• All business data belongs to you. You can export it at any time
• You grant us a limited license to store and process data as part of the Service
• You are responsible for the legality of the uploaded content and for obtaining consent from third parties (clients, employees) to process their data

When using the Service, the following is prohibited:

• Using the Service for illegal purposes or violating laws
• Attempting to obtain the source code, reverse engineer, or copy the Service
• Overloading the Service with automated requests or attacks
• Reselling, renting, or commercially distributing access to the Service
• Distributing malicious code, viruses, or other harmful elements
• Impersonating another person or providing false information

All rights to the Service, including code, design, logos, trademarks, and content, belong to AgymTech and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are only granted the right to use the Service within the terms of the subscription. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership rights to you.

We strive to ensure maximum Service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted 24/7 operation. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or force majeure. We will make efforts to provide advance notice of planned work.

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgymTech is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss, or business interruption. Our maximum liability to you is limited to the amount paid for subscription in the last 12 months. You are required to regularly back up important data using the export feature.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service in case of violation of these Terms, non-payment of subscription, or for legal reasons. You can delete your account at any time through settings. After account deletion, your data will be deleted in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic. All disputes arising in connection with the use of the Service are resolved through negotiations, and, if not possible, in the competent courts of the Kyrgyz Republic.

We may change these Terms at any time. For significant changes, we will notify you through the app or by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your agreement with the updated Terms.
