We collect only the data necessary for the Service to operate:

• First and last name (required at registration)

• Information about your business: atelier name, address, data of clients, orders, and employees
• App usage data: visited screens, actions, error logs
• Device information: model, operating system, installation identifier
• Approximate location based on IP address (country, city)
• Photos of products and defects uploaded by you (only with your permission)
• Push notification token (for sending order notifications)

We use the collected data for the following purposes:

• Providing app functionality (order, client, and employee management)
• Responding to your customer support requests
• Improving the quality and functionality of the Service
• Sending push notifications about new orders, statuses, and reminders
• Anonymous app usage analytics
• Ensuring security and protecting against fraud
• Complying with legal obligations

The app requests the following permissions on your device:

• Camera — for taking photos of products and defects (requested only at the time of use)
• Photo library — for selecting and uploading images of your products
• Notifications — for sending information about orders and important events
• Internet — for synchronizing data with the server

We retain your data only for the period necessary for the processing purposes:

• Account data — for the duration of your account and 30 days after deletion
• Business data (orders, clients, employees) — for the duration of the subscription and 90 days after it ends

• With service providers working on our behalf (hosting, analytics, push notifications) — only in the amount necessary to perform their functions

• Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics) — analyzing app usage and collecting crash reports to improve the stability and quality of the service; this data is not used to track you across apps and websites owned by other companies (firebase.google.com)
• Sentry — error and stability monitoring (sentry.io)
• OneSignal — push notifications (onesignal.com)
• Cloud providers — data storage and processing on secure servers
• Apple App Store and Google Play — subscription payment processing (we do not receive your card data)
• Stripe — payment processing for web version (we do not store card data)

Each third-party service has its own privacy policy that governs its use.

We apply modern technical and organizational measures to protect your data: encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), password encryption (bcrypt), data isolation between tenants (multi-tenancy), regular backups, and security monitoring. However, no system can guarantee absolute protection, and you use the Service at your own risk.

The Service is not intended for persons under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you discover that a child has provided us with their data, please contact us — we will delete this information.

Your data may be processed on servers located outside the Kyrgyz Republic. We ensure an adequate level of protection for any international transfer in accordance with applicable law.

You have the following rights regarding your data:

• Obtain a copy of the data we hold
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Request deletion of data (right to be forgotten)
• Export data in a machine-readable format
• Restrict the processing of your data
